We are a Mortgage Industry Recruitment consultancy based in Southampton, providing bespoke recruitment solutions to Mortgage Brokerages across the UK.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will provide support to our Senior Recruiters, working together to reach our targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and qualifying candidate CVs
  • Searching for candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Uploading CVs and maintaining accurate candidate information on our CRM system
  • Assisting in general administrative duties

You will be provided with full training on our CRM System, Job boards, Industry knowledge, and candidate resourcing platforms.

We offer a competitive salary of £20k - £25k, 25 days holiday, pension contribution, and career progression opportunities to Recruitment Consultant.
