About the Role:
HelloFresh is seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of operational staff to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse and production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of operational staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective labour planning and training strategies to optimize shift labour utilization.
- Work closely with the production and warehouse teams to ensure a safety-first mentality and excellent communication between teams.
- Accurately complete all paperwork and reporting of shift performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Be the point of escalation and support for all staff on shift.
- Lead and motivate all operational staff to care about our product and our customers.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of health and safety and its application in a warehouse/production environment.
- Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment.
- Understanding of operational reporting, key information identification, and critical issue escalation.
- Excellent people skills and a passion for achieving results through people.
- Logical approach to making decisions and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage projects and deliver within set time scales.

Work Schedule:
Rotation of Sunday-Wednesday 3 months days to 3 months nights then Wednesday-Saturday 3 months days to 3 months nights
