Job Title: Psychology Graduate Scheme

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our support staff team in a school setting. The successful candidate will work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time term-time only role, commencing in September and running until the end of the academic year. The successful candidate will be paid on a weekly basis, with a salary of £480-£600 per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working in small groups and on a 1:1 basis with children with various Special Educational Needs, providing support and guidance.
  • Catering your approach to suit the children's individual needs.
  • Employing functional communication and behavioural strategies to facilitate the student's engagement in class activities.
Requirements:

A minimum of a 2:1 bachelor's degree in Psychology from a top UK university is required. Child-centered experience is ideal, and experience working with children with SEN is favourable.
