About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kids Coach to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs in Luton. As a Kids Coach, you will be responsible for delivering a range of fun and engaging activities for children aged 3-12, including sports, games, and arts and crafts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and safe activities for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of activities and events.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance the overall experience for children and families.
Requirements
  • 17 years or older
  • Working towards a childcare, teaching, or coaching qualification
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential
  • Caring, enthusiastic, and talented individual who loves working with children
