Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support care staff in providing high-quality care to our residents
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication management and personal care
  • Develop and update care plans to ensure individualized support and promote independence
  • Lead a team of staff and work collaboratively with families to ensure a sense of belonging and community
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes staff well-being and development
