Role Overview:

  • Administer a diverse client portfolio while providing comprehensive corporate governance services
  • Coordinate and facilitate Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including agenda formulation and minute documentation
  • Lead large-scale projects and participate in business development initiatives
  • Conduct training sessions and prepare detailed reports for clients
  • Remain informed on regulatory developments and assist in the preparation of templates and precedents

Candidate Requirements:

  • Chartered Company Secretary or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proven experience in corporate governance roles
  • Capability to serve as Company Secretary for a range of clients
