Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cosmetic Surgery Liaison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building rapport with patients, understanding their needs and aspirations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients, understanding their medical history and treatment goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest cosmetic surgery and aesthetic treatments

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Passion for cosmetic surgery and aesthetic treatments, with a desire to learn and grow in this field
