We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team at LJW Solutions. As a key member of our Conveyancing Department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales & purchase, freehold & leasehold, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
- Process cases in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure seamless communication and efficient case progression.
- Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work to drive business growth and revenue.
- Meet or exceed agreed fee income targets through effective case management and client relationship building.
- Manage your own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload without supervision.
- Proven track record of billings and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
