MEP Commissioning Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Commissioning Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering MEP projects from concept to completion and aftercare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commissioning plans from initial design to delivery, handover, and aftercare.
  • Lead a team of commissioning engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure commissioning requirements are met.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor commissioning progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain commissioning procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering MEP projects from £2-15 million in value.
  • Experience in commissioning from concept to completion and aftercare on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
