Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team at KCP Network. As a Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our clients' networks, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and monitor our clients' networks, ensuring they are operating at optimal levels, and troubleshoot network issues as required.
- Schedule upgrades and collaborate with network architects on network optimization.
- Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources.
- Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers.
- Provide remote troubleshooting and fault finding on customer LAN/WAN.
- Undertake capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices.
- Liaise with project management teams, third-line engineers, and service desk engineers regularly.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new solutions.
- Medium to advanced networking troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge and practical experience with VLAN tagging, DHCP, DNS, TCP, UDP, and IP Services (DIA, VPN, CPE, DSL).
- Knowledge of network multi-vendors and CLI troubleshooting experience.
- Understanding remote access and remote-control computer software, specifically experienced with Remote Desktop Software tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or equivalent.
- CCNA certification or equivalent is preferable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
