We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agent to join our team at EKFB, a joint venture of international civil engineering and construction companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, method statements, environmental and quality plans, construction programs, procurement, and design deliverable schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the development and implementation of construction strategies, including kick-off meetings and pre-commencement documentation.
- Liaise with the Agent, Sub Agent, and Section Foreman to allocate labor, plant, materials, and temporary works to carry out activities to the required standards, program, and budget.
- Manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of the team.
- Coordinate construction operations, ensuring they conform to contract requirements and the required level of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ).
- Manage the production of programs, progress reports, resource and cost plans, contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agent with a strong background in civil engineering and construction. The ideal candidate will have a HNC/Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering or equivalent, a mandatory CSCS requirement, and a valid driving license. Previous experience in people management and site engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills is essential. Experience with portal building and tunnels is desirable.
