As a key member of the Toby Carvery team, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations of our restaurant. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement menus that meet the high standards of Toby Carvery
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, development, and performance management
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock control
- Work closely with the restaurant management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
