Talent & Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent & Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Talent & Development team, you will play a vital role in delivering and developing a suite of learning initiatives that support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality learning programs and events for new starters, new managers, and existing employees across all Head Office divisions.
  • Collaborate with the Talent & Development team to scope and design team activities and wider social learning events that align with business objectives.
  • Support seasonal projects to drive business initiatives and ensure seamless delivery of virtual and in-person products.
  • Pilot new material and critically analyze success to inform future learning initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with adult learning theories and their application to company training programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced training environment with a strong commercial acumen.
  • Knowledge and experience in design and delivery of training through face-to-face and digital learning.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Strong facilitation skills with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to engage learners.
  • Technologically competent with effective use of presentation programs and virtual training techniques.
