COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Salary range: £38,000 - £40,000
  • Travel time compensated at 1 hour each way

ROLE OVERVIEW – Mobile Multiskilled Electrical Engineer

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

The ideal candidate will be based in Essex and will be responsible for providing electrical maintenance services.

This mobile role involves covering a range of commercial contracts across London and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

Candidates should possess extensive experience in commercial building services and maintenance, including but not limited to: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), emergency lighting, legionella awareness, fire alarm inspections, and electrical repairs.
  • Install and repair equipment as directed, responding promptly to all maintenance requests.
  • Execute service maintenance tasks as outlined in the Maintenance Manual.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs as required.
  • Assist other trades as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Site Manual, including Log Sheets, ensuring compliance with site quality assurance procedures.
  • Complete Day Work Sheets and weekly Time Sheets accurately and submit them to the office in a timely manner.
  • Source parts and information as needed, communicating with the office for orders and collections.
  • Adhere to the policies outlined in the Company Handbook at all times.
  • Exercise reasonable care for the health and safety of oneself and others affected by work activities, cooperating fully with management regarding health and safety legislation.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
