Job Responsibilities

As a Prosthetic Dental Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the process of dental appliance production from start to finish, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborating closely with clinicians and dental professionals, embracing a patient-centred approach to achieve optimal results.
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and provide innovative solutions for complex dental cases.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our laboratory protocols, sharing your expertise and ideas.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a prosthetic technician, able to complete partial dentures, full dentures, and implant restorations to a high standard.
  • A portfolio or evidence of previous work showcasing your skills in producing high-quality dental appliances and private restorations.
  • Strong digital skills and the ability to complete prosthetic restorations with a fully digital workflow, experience using 3Shape or Exocad is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and clinicians.
  • GDC (General Dental Council) registration preferred but not mandatory.
  • English language proficiency.
