Job Summary

  • As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers to provide support to pupils in the classroom.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
  • This role is ideal for graduates who are looking to pursue a career in teaching and want to gain hands-on experience in a Primary School.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-class support to pupils, including intervention sessions, revision classes, and catch-up sessions.
  • Work with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of lessons, including setting up equipment and resources.
  • Support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree classification in any subject.
  • Strong academic performance in GCSE and A-Level examinations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and a desire to inspire young people.
