About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Predevelopment to join our team at Riverside Group. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for the effective management of the predevelopment process, including land identification, pre-planning, planning, and mobilisation stages, and of our standard house type portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the predevelopment process, including land identification, pre-planning, planning, and mobilisation stages.
  • Oversee the development of our standard house type portfolio.
  • Provide inspirational leadership to the development team.
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and government regulations.

About You:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Substantial experience in a house building pre-development (land, technical, commercial) management position within an established house building organisation.
  • Proven ability to provide inspirational leadership.
  • Experience of managing budgets.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and government regulations.
  • Degree level or equivalent in a related discipline.
