Job Opportunity: Commercial Officer - Contracts Management


About the Role

The Commercial Officer will play a key role in the contracts management process, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and identifying opportunities for contract revisions. This is a hybrid role based in Helensburgh, with a focus on contracts management and supply chain administration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with terms and conditions
  • Identify and implement contract revisions
  • Organise and maintain contract files
  • Ensure flow down of prime contract commercial requirements to suppliers


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in contracts managementStrong knowledge of commercial and contract modelsExcellent stakeholder management skillsPrevious experience in MOD/Defence contracts managementAbility to support capture management and bidsSC clearance
