You'll be joining our Clinical Support and Development Team within our Academy, which is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in dentistry.
- The role is a permanent and part-time position, requiring 2-3 days of work per week.
- Based in our City Centre Academy, with occasional travel to external locations.

Your Role
As a Clinical Development Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying clinical development needs for employed and self-employed clinicians, driving best practice and setting clinical standards.
- Owning the content and delivery of clinical induction for all clinicians joining the business.
- Creating and supporting content for peer review groups across CDA populations, promoting development, sharing of best practice, and encouraging communication and networking.
- Acting as a champion of the mydentist Academy, working with the Clinical leadership team to prioritize development areas aligned with business and clinical needs.
- Building strong external networks and relationships with clinical education settings and training providers, bringing in external thinking and innovative learning solutions.
- Focusing on continuous improvement, trialing new methods and technologies, and drawing learning and insight quickly.
Your Skills
- To be a GDC Registered Dentist.
- A minimum of 3 years' clinical experience.
- A passion for supporting the learning and development of clinicians.
- Previous coaching experience or experience as a mentor, supervisor, or educational supervisor.
- Good influencing skills.
- The ability to embrace modern learning.
