We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Surfacing Supervisor to join our team at Randstad Cpe London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage on-site activities of subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of drainage works.
  • Ensure all drainage works meet required standards and specifications.
  • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
  • Track progress against the project schedule, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain detailed records and report on daily activities, progress, and any issues encountered.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues, coordinating with project management and subcontractors as needed.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a General Foreman or Supervisor, in surfacing works and airport projects.
  • Experience working for a surfacing contractor.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a construction environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management.
  • Experience working night shifts and managing projects under tight deadlines.
