Manager of Submarine Product Assurance

Contract Duration: Initial 6 months
Compensation: £65.00 PAYE or £85.77 Umbrella per hour
Work Arrangement: Hybrid model (2-3 days in the office weekly)
Role Overview:
- Oversee the creation of the Engineering Management Plan and the Engineering Assurance Management Plan, ensuring alignment with the Joint Design Authority and maintaining relevance through a scheduled review process.
- Direct the formulation and execution of the Technical Governance Policy for the Joint Design Authority, guaranteeing the secure delivery and storage of technical governance outputs.
- Ensure that the evolving Technical Risk Management strategies within the Dreadnought Alliance accurately represent the existing and anticipated technical risks associated with the program.
- Experience in Engineering Management, ideally in an Assurance-focused role.
- Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent scientific degree.
- Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent experience) is typically required or actively pursued.
