- Evaluate showroom outlets, service centers, and parts facilities against guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback on findings and suggest improvements.
- Travel to various locations in the UK, including Greater Oxford and surrounding areas.
- Manufacturer/Dealer experience in service, parts, and bodyshop processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 requirements and assessment.
- Automotive warranty specific experience at Dealer/Manufacturer level.
- Motor industry specific qualifications.
- Experience in conducting audits and training.
