Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roadside Mechanic to join our team at RAC Motoring Services. As a Roadside Mechanic, you will be responsible for handling diverse breakdowns and technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our technical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults, using technical expertise and diagnostic skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that members receive a high-quality experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our technical team to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology and industry developments.
Requirements
  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
  • A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
