Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure efficient kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
  • Currently working as a Sous Chef.
  • Preferably have experience in oriental/Pan-Asian cuisine (but not essential as full training will be given).
