Role Overview

This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to enter or re-enter the fire protection industry as a Service Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and minor project works across multiple sites
- Service a diverse range of valve sets
- Conduct five-point flow tests on fire pumps
- Perform general service inspections
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proven experience servicing various valve sets: Wet, dry, alternate, deluge, and pre-action (essential)
- Expertise in conducting five-point flow tests on sprinkler fire pumps and performing general service inspections (essential)
- Strong plumbing and piping knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot sprinkler systems (essential)
- Possession of a full UK driving license, suitable for a regional role (essential)
- Sprinkler Installation Level 2 qualification (desirable)
- Prior experience in commercial or industrial environments (desirable)
- Experience with small-scale installations (desirable)
- Familiarity with electronic reporting systems (desirable)
