Citi is seeking a highly skilled Financial Risk Analyst to join our Global AML KYC Foreign Corresponding Bank (FCB) / Payment Intermediary (PI) Risk Evaluation Management (REM) Team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing FCB / PI KYC Profiles from a quality and risk perspective, ensuring they meet Global KYC Policies, Standards, and Procedures. This will involve assessing various risk components of the KYC Profile, identifying and analyzing interconnected risks, and providing clear, concise, and self-sustaining risk analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review FCB / PI KYC Profiles for completeness and accuracy
  • Assess risk components of the KYC Profile to support the disposition of the client
  • Identify and analyze interconnected risks within a KYC Profile
  • Investigate risks components to understand context and resolve material issues
  • Provide clear, concise, and self-sustaining risk analyses
  • Disposition each KYC Profile in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
  • Recent working knowledge of AML legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in the application of KYC/CDD/EDD requirements
  • Proactive, organized, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with open-source research techniques and understanding of the intelligence cycle
  • Ability to multi-task and complete projects on time
