Product Manager for Straumann Dental Implant System

In this pivotal role, you will be the expert on all Straumann Dental Implant System (SDIS) and Biomaterials-related issues, driving our success through strategic market analysis, compelling product positioning, and impactful marketing initiatives.

Working in close collaboration with the Brand Manager and local Sales teams, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing marketing campaigns that elevate product awareness and demand, while ensuring our messaging stands out in a competitive landscape.

Engage with customers and Key Opinion Leaders to gather valuable feedback, refine strategies, and maintain our brand's excellence.

Your creativity and strategic thinking will be essential in developing sales tools and training materials that empower our sales force.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the expert on all Straumann Dental Implant System (SDIS) and Biomaterials-related issues.
  • Analyse market data to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within the dental or medical device industry.
  • In-depth understanding of either dental or a similar market, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, including digital marketing and market research.
  • Proficient in analysing market data, campaign performance, and customer feedback to drive data-informed decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, life sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Advanced internal and external networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the gravitas and credibility to lead sales managers effectively.
