Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Dalata Hotel Group Plc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading employee engagement, driving internal development, and initiating succession planning for all roles.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all recruitment and selection for the properties, including internal hiring and succession planning.
- Help to drive training and development, and provide guidance on internal development programmes.
- Manage Payroll through the Time and Attendance systems, and monitor the payroll budget regularly with the General Managers.
- Travel will be required between both hotels.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the business.
- Proactive by nature and a self-starter.
- Experience in payroll and cost management.
