About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sound, Video and Broadcast Technician to join our team at The Royal Ballet and Opera. As a key member of our Sound, Video & Broadcast department, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational and production requirements of our rehearsals and performances are carried out to the highest possible standard of safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sound Assistant Manager and Senior Technician to ensure seamless execution of live productions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of audio engineering equipment and developments
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality sound and video projections for our opera and ballet productions
  • Facilitate live broadcasts of our performances and events
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in live production, preferably in a major establishment presenting opera and ballet productions. A track record in audio engineering and the ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments are essential.
