The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Investigations to lead our growing team of forensic investigators across the EMEA region. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile engagements for a diverse range of clients, leveraging your expertise in financial investigations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Delivery (60%): Lead and manage complex forensic investigations, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivering high-quality reports.
  • Operational & Risk Management (10%): Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures and risk management frameworks within the EMEA Investigations practice.
  • Business Development & Growth (30%): Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and build relationships with legal and compliance professionals across the region.

Your Profile

  • Proven track record of success in leading forensic investigations, including financial fraud, asset tracing, and regulatory compliance reviews.
  • Strong business development skills with a proven ability to cultivate relationships with legal and compliance professionals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
