We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Planner to join our team at Skilled Careers Ltd. As a Senior Construction Planner, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-rise residential projects in the London area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Construction Planning & Procurement: Develop and implement construction plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Information Required & Design Development: Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate and detailed construction information.
  • Co-ordination & Project Control: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and control.
  • Construction Planning & Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Progress Reports: Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
