Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and driving results through effective communication and coaching.
- Sales: Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve commercial targets and KPIs, leveraging your expertise to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, building loyalty and retention through personalized interactions and a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Shop Operations: Ensure seamless store operations, managing inventory, stock, and cash handling with precision and attention to detail.
- Dynamic Team Environment: Work with a diverse and inclusive team from around the world, driving innovation and creativity in a fast-paced retail environment.
