Technical Services Manager Job Opportunity

We are working with an established Facilities Management Service Provider to find a skilled Technical Services Manager for a Healthcare contract in Bury St Edmunds.

As the Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of all hard (M&E) services at the hospital. This includes overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing a team of maintenance staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, maintenance, and engineering, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols. You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring that all services are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
