Job Title: Spa Therapist

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized treatment experiences that exceed guest expectations
  • Provide thoughtful product recommendations and upgrades to enhance the guest experience
  • Work collaboratively with the Spa team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance guest stays
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Service-focused personality with excellent communication skills
  • Beauty Therapy qualification (HNC/HND/Level 3/ITEC) and relevant experience
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
