XVA Trader Job Description

Redstone Commodity Search is seeking a skilled XVA Trader to join our team in London. As a key member of our XVA desk, you will be responsible for providing pricing and trade support, as well as XVA pricing for the commodity trading desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing and Trade Support: Provide accurate and timely pricing and trade support to the XVA desk, ensuring seamless execution of trades.
  • XVA Pricing: Develop and maintain XVA pricing models for the commodity trading desk, ensuring alignment with market observables and agreed policies.
  • Tool Development: Assist in the build-out of tools and infrastructure for the desk, ensuring efficient and effective trading operations.
  • Risk Management: Support risk management across credit, commodities, rates, and FX, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-7 years of experience in a trading, risk, or credit function within XVA/CPM teams.
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of Excel and VBA, with strong Python knowledge desirable.
  • Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail, high level of competency in a quantitative field, and fundamental understanding of derivatives.
