Personal Training Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Training Coach to join our team at Colchester City Council. As a Personal Training Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal training services to our members, promoting healthy lifestyles, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized fitness programs to clients, focusing on their specific goals and needs
  • Conduct fitness assessments and create customized training plans
  • Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to promote our services and engage with the community

Requirements:

  • Personal Trainer – Level 3 REPs (or CIMSPA) recognized qualification or equivalent
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills
  • Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine desire to help others achieve their fitness goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
