Job Title: Field Service Manager, Medical Systems

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to join our team in the Medical Systems division. As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our field service engineering teams, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the field service engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Organize and prioritize service schedules, ensuring that all service visits are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Oversee stock control and ordering of spare parts to ensure that our teams have the necessary resources to complete service visits.
  • Update and maintain our service database, using management tools to review and analyze team performance.

Requirements:

  • HNC in electronics or a related technical discipline.
  • Previous field service experience in a high-technology service environment.
  • Senior engineering, mentoring, or team leader experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the medical diagnostics, laboratory, or scientific fields is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a confident, professional manner in customer-facing environments.
  • Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
  • Full UK driving license.
