About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil & Flood Risk Engineer to join our team at Aldwych Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers from a technical perspective, ensuring delivery of projects Flood Risk deliverables, and supporting the director to continue with business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of engineers from a technical perspective
  • Ensure delivery of projects Flood Risk deliverables
  • Support the director to continue with business development
  • Manage team resources
  • Assist the director with business development and client account management
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Flood Risk Assessments
  • Experience in surface water drainage design and SuDS in RIBA stages 2-3
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage/Causeway Flow
  • Experience in managing projects and acting as a technical discipline lead on multi-disciplinary projects
  • Experience in managing/mentoring other members of staff
  • Strong IT and GIS skills
Desirable
  • Detailed drainage design experience
  • Civil 3D knowledge
  • Highways design experience (S278/S38)
