Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Supervisor to join our team at Bilfinger UK. As an Instrument Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead by example and participate in safety initiatives to promote a culture of excellence
    • Support the development of a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure a safe working environment
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and colleagues
    • Communicate effectively to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and expectations
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas or chemical industry
  • Qualifications
    • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
    • CCNSG Site Safety Passport
    • Instrument apprenticeship and City and Guilds/HNC or higher in Instrumentation engineering
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
