We are seeking an experienced Instrument Supervisor to join our team at Bilfinger UK. As an Instrument Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Lead by example and participate in safety initiatives to promote a culture of excellence
- Support the development of a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring
- Operational Excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Quality and Safety
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure a safe working environment
- Communication and Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and colleagues
- Communicate effectively to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and expectations
- Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas or chemical industry
- Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- CCNSG Site Safety Passport
- Instrument apprenticeship and City and Guilds/HNC or higher in Instrumentation engineering
- Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
