Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Analyst to join our Wissington laboratory day crew on a rotating pattern as part of a job share. The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week, from 07:00 - 15:30, including rostered weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collect samples from designated points within the factory environment, ensuring safe and accurate handling.
  2. Analyze samples using defined methods and calibration routines, recording data and communicating results to the factory team in a timely manner.
  3. Utilize laboratory reporting systems effectively and maintain the highest level of housekeeping in the laboratory environment.
  4. Engage in continuous improvement analysis to support factory development and flexibility in supporting plant activities as needed.
  5. Previous experience in a laboratory environment, including waste water treatment, HPLC, and GC, is essential.
  6. A GCSE/GCE or equivalent level qualification in a scientific subject is required.
