About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Millbank Holdings. As a key member of our Capital Projects team, you will be responsible for leading high-value projects from feasibility to handover.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical process engineering and experience working on COMAH-like sites. You will be responsible for following our FEL process to implement small to medium capital projects, ensuring all required deliverables are completed to plan and budget.

As a Project Engineer, you will work closely with our production engineers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. You will also be responsible for utilising various project models, such as EPC and EPCM, tailored to suit the specific requirements of each project.

We are looking for a driven and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects and driving improvements in our standards and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-value capital projects from feasibility to handover
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring all required deliverables are completed to plan and budget
  • Work closely with production engineers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Utilise various project models, such as EPC and EPCM, tailored to suit the specific requirements of each project
  • Support department initiatives to drive improvements in our standards and ways of working
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in chemical process engineering
  • Experience working on COMAH-like sites
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
