Job Title: Plumber
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, including water and gas systems, to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including water and gas systems.
- Use our management software to update the status of all works completed.
- Report any additional or supplementary works to the management team.
- Undertake a range of works from tap and toilet repairs to leak investigations.
- Install and maintain any forms of plumbing.
- Perform emergency repairs.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, with communication being paramount.
- Support the team of general trade engineers, imparting your expertise to them with due regard to technical quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Qualified to Level 3 in Domestic Plumbing and Heating.
- Up-to-date with the latest developments in the specific role.
- Strong body of work experience.
- Knowledge of cold water systems, hot water systems, TMV valves, Legionella awareness, central heating systems, sanitation systems, and safe isolation of electrical control of plumbing and heating systems.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in plumbing maintenance.
