About the Role
As a Digital Account Director, you'll be supporting a Client Services Director and leading a small team. You'll be a dynamic leader with a natural ability to connect, engage, and collaborate with internal teams and clients. You'll be confident in giving insight that challenges the brief and inspires creative digital solutions, delivering results for the brands and possibly winning some awards along the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage paid and organic media channels to enable high-level strategic conversations with clients and channel specialists.
- Lead a small team and inspire and encourage them to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and implement digital strategies that drive business growth and success.
About You
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have agency experience working across integrated digital channels, with some experience in paid channels. You'll be familiar with how internal teams work, dealing with strategists, creatives, developers, producers, and so on.
