About the Role

We're on the hunt for a talented Chef to join our team at Lounge Monmouth. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to our menu specifications
  • Work collaboratively with our Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied

What We're Looking For
  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or Commis Chef
  • A driven and relentless attitude, with a positive can-do approach
  • Good communication skills and a team player mentality
  • Self-motivation to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice in allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety
