Company Overview

Join INEOS, a key player in the oil and gas sector, recognized for its extensive transportation network that handles over one million barrels per day in the North Sea region. Our operations encompass the transportation of hydrocarbons from offshore fields, their processing, and subsequent delivery to clients.

Role Overview

As the Lead for Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that business processes are accurate, promote adherence to standards, and enhance operational efficiency through ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold a management system that aligns with ISO standards.
  • Guide the formulation of an annual assurance strategy and lead cross-departmental teams in initiatives aimed at process enhancement.
  • Provide monthly updates on progress and oversee audit operations.
  • Manage the continuous improvement framework and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement.

Additional Information

  • Occasional travel to remote locations may be required.
  • Oversight of line management responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualifications:

  • A technical degree or equivalent practical experience in a STEM field.
  • Experience or certification in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.

Essential Skills

  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Project management expertise to execute improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in conducting investigations and analyzing performance data.
