About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estate Director to lead our Facilities Management (FM) service team at one of London's most iconic mixed-use estates. As a seasoned FM professional, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class FM service provision across the estate, ensuring the highest levels of customer service standards and technical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced FM professionals to deliver a best-in-class FM service provision across the estate.
  • Line management of the operational team across the estate.
  • Oversight of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives across the estate.
  • Oversight of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives across the estate.
  • Oversight of compliance, promotional works, budgets, and high-level operational activity.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service standards are set across the estate.
  • Oversight of Health & Safety management.
  • Ensure that technical maintenance and services are maintained to the highest levels through direct reports.

Requirements:

  • Seasoned FM professional with experience working across high-end, mixed-use estates.
  • Desirable but not essential: MIWFM certification.
  • IOSH/Nebosh certificate.
