Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Gi Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions: Process invoices and purchase orders, manage financial transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Credit Control: Manage credit control procedures, including debt collection and account management.
- Budget Preparation: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Financial Systems: Maintain and update financial systems, including Xero and MS Office.
- Financial Policies: Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: An accounting, finance, or bookkeeping qualification.
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel and Xero skills, financial regulations knowledge, and ability to manage confidential data.
