About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Lucky Voice UK. As a Bar Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including promoting new products and services.
- Ensure that all drinks recipes meet legal standards and quality of ingredients.
- Conduct weekly stock takes to maintain and improve the company budgeted GP.
- Actively promote the bar to local businesses and industry colleagues.
- Maintain consistent levels of service between the bar and karaoke areas.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and approachable manner.
