About the Pub

The Duffryn Arms is a wet-led, family and dog-friendly community pub offering a broad selection of drinks. The pub has a spacious, open-plan bar area with a separate lounge/function room area, perfect for hosting local parties, meetings, and private get-togethers.

About the Agreement

We offer a Flexible Tenancy agreement, providing a piece of mind approach to running your own pub business for a total term of up to 5 years with a flexible notice period. Our agreement includes flexible deposit options, with build-ups from as little as £1,000, as well as flexible price bands and release fees.
