About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our team at Priory Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in our large nursing home with beautiful grounds in Hereford.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of nurses in providing exceptional care to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of our nursing services and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • RGN qualified and NMC registered
